Most Earth-like Planet Found?

Wednesday April 25, 2007
Scientists have found a planet which may be the most Earth-like planet found to date. It has a mass closer to that of the Earth than any other found, and the distance from its sun indicates a temperature between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius, which would allow for the formation of water and, possibly, life. Unfortunately, more details about the properties of the planet would be needed before determining whether it really is possible that life exists there.
