American Association of Physics Teachers

Follow me on:

Established in 1930, the American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT) is a professional organization for physics teachers (what else?) that helps them network and gain skills. They publish two peer-reviewed journals: American Journal of Physics and The Physics Teacher. Their website features some nice teaching resources, including a section on planning for graduate education.

Anyone interested in physics education, either as a student or teacher, might want to check out the AAPT site.
